What is covered by the Racoon Protection/Warranty?

Racoon Protection is included with every purchase to help ensure you receive exactly what you paid for, or receive assistance if something goes wrong.

When you place an order, your payment is securely held by Racoon and is not released to the seller until the order has been successfully completed and approved.

You may be eligible for Racoon Protection if:

  • You do not receive your item.

  • The item you receive does not work.

  • The item does not match the listing description.

Our sellers are expected to resolve any issues directly with buyers whenever possible. If a resolution cannot be reached, the Racoon team will review the case and step in to help.

Lifetime Warranty

For eligible account purchases, you can also add Lifetime Warranty at checkout for an additional 15% of the order subtotal.

Lifetime Warranty provides:

  • Long-term coverage for supported account listings.

  • Replacement or refund assistance when eligible under our policy.

  • Ongoing support from the Racoon team if an issue occurs after delivery.
