Digital goods

Virtual goods such as accounts, currency, and items are digital content delivered immediately. They are generally non-refundable once delivery has occurred.

Boosting and coaching

Refund requests for boosting or coaching may be considered within 48 hours if no worker has been assigned and service has not started.

Approved refunds
